Job Duties

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Operations: Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and operational processes.
  • Payroll & Timekeeping: Support oversight of payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and staff logistics.
  • Records & Communication: Maintain documentation and communicate with staff and campus partners.
  • Process Support: Help improve internal workflows and administrative service delivery.
  • Compliance: Support institutional procedures and accurate administrative reporting.

Experience

  • Experience in administrative operations, higher education administration, payroll, onboarding, or staff support is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with campus systems, staff records, and confidential information.
