Job Summary

Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Transfer Recruitment: Support recruitment and advising for prospective transfer students.
- Admissions Counseling: Help students understand admissions steps, transfer pathways, and enrollment requirements.
- Territory & Relationship Management: Build relationships with community college partners and prospective students.
- Application Support: Assist with applicant engagement, communication, and follow-up.

Experience
- Experience in admissions, enrollment management, transfer recruitment, academic advising, or student services is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with community college partners, students, families, and campus colleagues.
