Job Summary

The University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking a Manager for Medical Student Wellness. The position is responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive student wellness programming.

Job Duties

• Wellness Programming: Develop and coordinate wellness services, programs, and resources for medical students.
• Student Support: Connect students with appropriate support resources and contribute to a healthier learning environment.
• Assessment: Evaluate program effectiveness and help identify student wellness needs.
• Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, administrators, and campus partners to support student success.
• Administration: Maintain records, communications, and operational workflows related to student wellness.

Experience

• Experience in student affairs, wellness programming, counseling support, medical education, or higher education administration is preferred.
• Strong communication, program management, discretion, and student-centered service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse students and collaborate across an academic health sciences campus.
